Modelo de planificación estratégica de los espacios educativos tecnológicos a nivel de educación universitaria, propuesa para la Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira, Venezuela

In this research, the author presents a study aimed to the design of a strategic planning model for the educational technological spaces at university level. This research was conducted under the interpretative paradigm using the descriptive method. A mixed approach for data gathering was used as the instruments employed allowed the collection of both quantitative as qualitative data, from information given by a group of people belonging to the University Nacional Experimental del Táchira, UNET. Analysis results led to conclusions in the organizational, technological and academic sense, which supports the need to apply actions in a strategic, tactical and operative level, which may lead to satisfactorily implant and to expand new spaces of teaching and learning in the universities based on the employment of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
