Formación del profesorado de la universidad de Panamá en tecnologías de la información y la comunicación

This research gives an answer to the macro and micro aspirations and demands that sorround university education. It presents some extracts of some "guide dociuments" that give hints about the destiny about further education in Panama. In this thesis we start from the alignments in a macro way in order to arrive to more immediate levels.
